With streets surrounded by lush greenery and stylish shops, this neighborhood is ideal for those seeking tranquility without being far from the action.

Thanks to its central location, you can explore Tulum by bike and discover nearby beaches, cenotes, and ruins. If you prefer to drive, there is free parking in front of the building and on the surrounding streets. You can also use taxis or local transportation services to get around comfortably.

To keep our rates competitive, electricity consumption is not included for stays longer than 2 weeks. For security reasons and in compliance with local regulations, a valid government-issued ID from the main guest will be required during the pre-check-in process to access the property.
