Cancellation Policy

The overarching cancellation policy for your reservation is as follows:

  • You have 30 days before the arrival date to cancel and receive a full refund.
  • For long-term stays (28 nights or more), a 50% initial payment is required and is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit any payment made to date.

Exceptions

If your check-in date is between December 20 and January 1, you have 60 days from the arrival date to cancel and receive a full refund. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival, you will forfeit any payment made to date and be charged the full price of your reservation.

Any change that results in a shorter stay or early departure does not guarantee any refund of reservation payments or deposits.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as it is the best way to protect travelers from unforeseen circumstances and emergencies that can cause cancellations and disrupt travel plans, as there are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.

Accepted Payments

Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB.

Security Deposits

Many of our properties require a security deposit. This is a refundable fee paid before or at check-in. The amount is blocked on your credit card and released after check-out, provided there is no damage during your stay. The amount can take up to ten business days to be fully unblocked on your credit card.

Rental Agreement

Once you have booked and before the reservation is 100% confirmed, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement before or upon your arrival with the house rules and/or local laws/requirements that must be followed during your stay at the property.
